1. Interested Candidates must have qualified their 12th standard from a Central/State Qualification Govt. board

1. Male Candidates must have a height of 170cms
2. The Chest of Male candidates should be 80cms to 85cms
3. Female candidates must have a height of 157cms
Candidate Requirement for the Physical Efficiency Test for the CRPF Head Constable (GD) LDCE Online form 2020 –
1. Male candidates are required to perform a run of 1.6km which must be completed in 30 minutes.
2. Female candidates are required to perform an 800m run and they must complete it in 4 min.
3. Male candidates are required to perform a 100m race in 16 seconds
4. Female candidates must perform a 100m race and complete it within 18 seconds
5. Male candidates must perform a 12 feet long jump for which they will be given 3 chances
6. Female candidates must perform a 9ft long jump in 3 chances
7. Male candidates must perform a high jump of 3ft & 9inch within 3 chances
8. Female candidates must perform a high jump of 3 ft within 3 chances
