Post Name: Soldier general duty 

Soldier clerk /storekeeper/technical/inventory management /soldier nursing assistant/soldier tradesman,

PAY SCALE: as per Indian army rules 

Education qualifications: For Soldier GD: Candidate who has scored at least 45% in high school 10th can apply for the post 

For Technical Soldier /Nursing Assistant Soldier: any candidate who has passed 12th class with physics chemistry maths and English as compulsory subjects can apply for the post if he/she has scored at least 50% marks in 12th.

Clerk/Store Keeper Technical: Candidates who have passed their 12th with any stream and subject and has scored at least 50% in each subject and 60% marks in total may appear in the examination.

Soldier Technical, AVN, AMN– Candidates who have passed their 12th class with physics, chemistry and maths and English with 50% marks at least or a three-year diploma in engineering ( electrical, mechanical, automobile, computer science,) from a recognized and AICTE approved polytechnic institute can apply for this post.

Soldier tradesman: 10th passed candidates who have passed their 10th with at least 33% marks can appear in this examination.

 Tradesman: eighth passed for the syce/housekeeper/mess keeper with 33% marks in each subject may appear for the examination and post.

Physical Requirements :

Height: For soldiers/clerk/storekeeper technical -162cms, all other posts require 170 cms 

Weight: for all posts -50 kg 

Chest: for all posts -77-82

Physical parameters: pull-ups,9 feet ditch, zig-zag balancing 

Running 1.6 kms run – it will have a test of 48 marks
